I’m TJ Singh, a managing principal in the mobility and modern endpoint management domain with more than 20 years of global experience in the device management field.

What I’ve done

  • Led more than 200 MDM implementations and managed deployments of well over 1 million mobile devices.
  • Delivered platform migrations to and from Intune, from AirWatch/Workspace ONE, MobileIron and Jamf, at sizes from a couple hundred to more than 100,000 endpoints and users.
  • Worked on global engagements across North America, EMEA, APAC and Latin America for enterprises in retail, financial services, healthcare, energy and utilities, media, hospitality and transportation.
  • Led pre-sales, scoping, contracting and delivery for multimillion-dollar mobility, IoT, security and cloud engagements.
  • Helped launch mobility and IoT consulting practices at Verizon and at Enterprise Mobile.
  • Founded TekLayer Consulting to help organizations with their modern endpoint management needs.
  • Co-authored the first version of the CompTIA Mobility+ exam.

Why I write MDM Monthly

Endpoint leaders need one place that says what changed, what it costs and what to do about it. I read vendor primary sources, attribute claims to the company that made them, and leave out anything I can’t confirm. Every issue ends with a prediction, and I score those on the Predictions page.
